Hot and Spicy Bean Dip
1 can Navy Beans (or 2 cups soaked and cooked dried Navy beans)
3 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Juice of 1 medium lime
Pickled Jalapeno peppers (to taste)
2 cloves raw garlic grated/minced
1/8 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Blend together all the above inrgedients in a food processor. Serve with Pita chips or crudites.
