Turmeric Chicken

2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless

1 lb fresh green beans

2 tomatoes

1 tbsp turmeric powder

pinch curry powder

chili flakes


1 tbsp butter

1 tsp coconut oil

Heat coconutoil in sillet. Add cubed chicken breast and brown for 5 minutes. Add chopped beans and tomatoes. Add salt and turmeric, curry powder and chiliflakes. Saute for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and cook  for 5 minutes covered. Turn off heat and stir in 1 tbsp cold butter.

Serve over hot  basmati rice. Enjoy.

Totsl time 20 minutes.
