Kheema

Ingredinets

1 lb ground meat

1/3 acorn squash peeled and chopped

1 large onion chopped

2 large cloves garlic

2" piece ginger

1 bay leaf

1 ciinnamon stick

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika

curry leaves

salt

Method

Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Add bayleaf, cinnamon stick and curry leaves. Add onipn and saute 3 minutes. Add ground meat saute 5 minutes,  add grated ginger root and crushed garlic cloves. Add squash, salt, turmeric and paprika. Add 1 cup water and cook on medium high covered ofr 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy
