Mix together 2Tbs chia seeds, 1Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 oz. Sour cherry syrup and 8 oz milk ( soy, almond, oat or coconut milk could be used). Let sit in the fridge for an hour. Serve with chopped nuts or fresh berries. May sweeten with maple syrup or honey
if desired.
