Overnight oats

Overnight oats

Ingredients
1/4 Cup oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 apple chopped
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Honey 1Tbsp
1 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt

Method
Combine all ingredients in a tupperware or large jar and cover. Cinnamon and vanilla should be added to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 large serving. Garnish with toasted pumkin seeds if desired or walnuts or chopped almonds.
