Prayer for protection

Protection
Lord this morning we pray for your protection over our lives. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over us and ask that you would be a shield over us. We pray for your protection over our bodies,  over our children,  our families and our homes. We pray that you would be a ring of fire around us.  Let not the enemy triumph over us. Let us be shielded under the shadow of your wings. As you said to Abraham, you are our shield and exceedingly great reward. We long for your presence to shield us from the onslaught of the evil one. Purify us O Lord. You are the God who rescues. You will not allow your children to be assaulted by the enemy.  We ask once again that your presence and your blood will be a ring of fire around us and shield us from the enemy's onslaught. We bind satan and his cohorts in Jesus name and lift up the God who rescues. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
