Prayer for forgiveness
Lord we look to you today for forgiveness. Cleanse us Lord from every sin that so easily besets us.  Wash us with the blood of Jesus. Forgive us our trespasses. You said  though our sins are like scarlet you will wash us white as snow. Give us an undivided heart so we may walk in your ways.  Thou O Lord are a shield about us. You are our glory and the lifter of our head.  See that there be no wicked way in me. Keep us walking on the pathways of righteousness. Let us return to the strait and narrow path. Protect our soul from evil. Deliver us from the evil one. In Jesus name. Amen
