Watch what you say!

Watch what you say
Psalm 19:14
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
Matthew 12:36
I tell you that men will have to answer at the day of judgment for every careless word they utter—for it is your words that will acquit you, and your words that will condemn you.

We see from the above verses our  words are very important. We  need to watch what we say.  David said set a guard over my mouth O Lord.  Proverbs say death and life are in the power of the tongue. The Bible says by the words of your mouth you shall be justified and by the words of your mouth you shall be condemned. Hebrews says that the worlds were framed by the word of God.  Genesis says God said and it was so. God's words are powerful and because we are created in God's image, our words can make or break us. We speak life giving words and we improve our lives.  Speak health when experiencing symptoms of sickness. Speak prosperity when experiencing financial need. Speak peace when experiencing turmoil. Speak joy when experiencing sorrow. Change the situation around by using your words wisely.  Proclaim the victory when facing a battle. Words are powerful and can make or break a person. Instead of rehearsing the problem and repeating what is wrong,  speak the solution and change the outcome. Deuteronomy commands us to bless our children with our words. Sometimes unknowingly in anger we end up cursing our offspring instead of blessing them. Speak life and you will live. In closing, let us declare Lord we proclaim our health, prosperity and victory in every situation of our lives. We decree Christ's victory over every battle. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
