2 burger patties
2 tsp fig jam
1 tsp sambal olek (or other chili paste)
2 english muffins
2 shallots sliced
Cook burger patties on high for 5 minutes per side or until well done. Sautee sliced shallots at the same
time. Toast english muffins and spread one side with fig jam and one side with sambal olek. To assemble place burger pattie on one side of english muffin and top with sauteed shallots and close with top of english muffin. Bon apetit!
Use chicken, turkey or even vegan patties instead of beef.
