Call to repentance

Lord we come to you this Holy day of atonement, Yom Kippur in repentance for our sins and the sins of our land. We ask you Lord to cleanse us from unrighteousness and lead us in paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Lord we repent for lawlessness in our land. Cleanse us Lord from the sins that so easily beset us. Blessed is the land whose God is the Lord. We decree your Lordship in our Nation. We call forth holiness and righteousness to prevail in our neighborhoods. We repent for the disregard for You and Your laws in our lives and in our families. We long to crown you the Lord of Lords in every aspect of our lives. Lord we cry for holiness in our hearts and our innermost thoughts. Help us to walk the walk of faith. We trust and believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think according to the power that works in us. Once again Lord we ask that holiness and righteousness prevail in our lives, our families and in our neighborhoods. We repent of all wrongdoing. We consecrate our lives to serve you. We truly crown you the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. In Jesus name. Amen.
